It took 9 months to get a Christmas present for my husband. Upset about that and had to pay in full price. One email months ago to say equipment was down after that no correspondence. Or a apology.
Back in April I ordered The Lieutenant Coin Holder for $130.00. They charged my credit card $145 immediately. After a few months, I emailed to see what the status was for the item. No answer back. I have emailed 3 times and left 2 voice mails. Radio silence. All I am asking for is an update or some kind acknowledgement of my purchase.
It is even more ironic, that the day after my purchase I got an email from one of the owners asking for feedback or even "just to say 'hi'" but they neglected to say they don't return emails, pick up their phone or return voicemails. No idea if the item will evet show up but they already got their money so I guess they can't be bothered with customer service.

Looks great! The workmanship of the Vets is outstanding. The flag is placed in a high traffic area in my home. Others out there, be patient as I waited 5 months for delivery.
