I just received the Lieutenant RWB Edition as a thank you gift from a house guest. It is beautiful and I am very pleased and proud to own one of your company's flags. I was even impressed with the packaging of the item. It is one of the nicest I've ever seen. Imagine my surprise when I found the plastic parts included in the box and no instructions as to what they were and how to put them together. After studying them for a while, I figured out they were for an easel. I decided to contact the company and let them know the instructions had been omitted and could I be emailed a copy. When I opened the webpage and read some of the reviews, I realized there were no instructions. I too studied the picture shown on the screen and managed to put it together. I would like to suggest that if you are not going to provide instructions, that you have a diagram, that is easier to follow, on your site. I'm a 81 year old woman who no longer likes to have to figure out such things. Actually, instead of the easel I would have preferred a hole in the back or some other method of hanging the flag and a writeup on the background of the company and idea behind the flag and the use of materials. I give you a 5 star rating based to the quality of the flag and the fact is made by our wonder veterans.
The Lieutenant Flag is a beautiful and quality product. Shipping took about 6 weeks however. I attempted to contact customer service via phone and email without any response, so that was very disappointing. Not sure I would shop there again for that reason.

I'm not sure what I expected, the flag is gorgeous! I ordered it as a gift for Christmas on Dec 1st and it arrived the Saturday after Christmas, but it was well worth the wait. The workmanship is fabulous!
Hi! I was lucky enough to receive this fabulous pen from my husband for Christmas! I use it everyday for my calendar and notes to myself- yes, I still use paper for almost everything. Thank you so much for a great pen that makes simple lists a thing of beauty- I would love to know what kind of refill you use for the bullet pen- I really like the way it glides over the page and would like to have a refill when mine runs out.
