Terrible!

I would seriously consider removing any contact information listed. You do not answer calls, text, or any other form of communication. After 2 months of feeling I was ripped off, I recieved the piece of junk you call a flag. Total rip off don’t waste your time or money on this fraud!

NOT RECEIVED!!!

I received less than half of my more than $1,000 order from Cruise. I sent an email on 12/24 providing the details. I now will try to contact you by phone. You either need to send the missing portion of the order or refund my money.

The Lieutenant Flag is a beautiful and quality product. Shipping took about 6 weeks however. I attempted to contact customer service via phone and email without any response, so that was very disappointing. Not sure I would shop there again for that reason.

The Lieutenant is beautiful and far exceeded my expectations!

I'm not sure what I expected, the flag is gorgeous! I ordered it as a gift for Christmas on Dec 1st and it arrived the Saturday after Christmas, but it was well worth the wait. The workmanship is fabulous!
