NEW - Mini Bottle Bourbon Clock

I have purchased many products from Cruise Customs and love them all, so even though they have been getting a lot of bad reviews I wanted to give them another chance, and I ordered the Mini Bourbon Clock on May 07 2025. Chris did ship it right away, but someone at UPS decided they wanted it more than me and stole it! I notified Cruise Customs and never heard back from them. Same old thing, emails. phone calls etc. no response. I am a vet trying to help vets and all this does is give them a bad name. It’s a shame and because Chris doesn’t like answering emails he is ruining his business. There are a lot of retired veterans out there that would probably volunteer to help if you would just swallow some pride and ask. Good customer service is at the heart of every great business. So I am out 250 bucks. I hope you enjoy taking another veteran’s money.

I ordered a bourbon o'clock back on Nov 10. I have not received it. I have wrote three emails and made two phone calls and no one has responded to me. I just want me clock I ordered and paid for and I think it woukd be good customer service to return emails or phone calls when a customer is trying to find out what happened to their order.
