Didn’t fulfill total order

While I love the quality of both the flag and the one pen I received, my order is incomplete. It took 6 weeks for delivery and I received 1 out of 3 pens that I ordered. No response from them after many emails and calls trying to contact anyone! Voicemail is full and no response from the one time I left a message. This Marine Veteran’s wife is very disappointed.

Happy with the product but Very Disappointed in the Late Christmas delivery after being told they would be here! They were shipped too late and it wasn’t the USPS’s fault! Had to figure out how to get to my recipients since Christmas hsd come and gone !

Good product extremely poor service

The product is very nice and Im proud to display it in my home. Unfortunately the end to end experience left much to be desired. I sent 3 emails ( total) to 2 email boxes asking about order status none of which were responded to. I think you would agree thats extremely poor service and unacceptable. Its not difficult to provide a response under any circumstance.
