Partial shipment

Pitiful customer service. My order was shipped in two boxes. I only received one. Customer service does not respond to emails or messages. Now their voice box is full and you can’t leave a message.There’s no way to contact them with a problem.

Comment and suggestion

The craftsman ship was disappointing. I bought it for my future son-in-law who will display it on his bar. You have a good story to tell. It would have been nice if you would have included information about your company, where and how you procure the barrels along with who actually constructs the flags.
