This is my experience with this very talented group. I will preface this very frustrating timeline by saying that the product came in great shape and was beautiful!
7/20 – Order placed/confirmed via email. Getting order ready to be shipped. Will notify when it has been sent.
8/2 – Sent an email requesting an ETA on ship/deliver date. No response.
8/7 – Sent an email to another/different email address ([****]) requesting that someone contact me regarding the order and its status. No response.
8/9 – Two phone calls made requesting an update. Left VM. No update received that day.
8/14 - A phone call was made requesting an update. Left VM.
8/14 – Received a call stating that they were waiting on hangers for the order. Was told that the order will ship “early next week”.
8/31 – Two phone calls made requesting an update. Left VM. No response.
8/31 – Sent an email stating that there have been no updates on this order and no shipping/tracking information is available. Asked for an immediate response. Received an email response within 15 minutes (Chris Cruise) stating that the order will ship “early next week”. Was told that the UPS label was created too quickly. There is no tracking information available between Label Created (8/24/2023) and On the Way/Out for Delivery/Delivered (9/9/2023). The only good experience throughout this terrible process has been the actual product. Very overpriced, but absolutely beautiful. The only thing preventing the bottom rating possible.
9/8 – Received a feedback form/review stating that the order was fulfilled 14 days ago (8/25/2023). The product had not been delivered.
9/9 – Order received in a very damaged box. Luckily the item was bubble wrapped so was not damaged.
Have not received it yet. Still waiting for it.

So much more than I anticipated, it takes your breath away. Made me pause to reflect on my son’s years of service. The flag is awesome! Amazing workmanship.
