Our flags hang proudly in houses all across the country, they are truly a great way to show your American pride. Each bourbon barrel wooden flag we produce is different but beautiful in its own way. The grain of the wood, the characteristics of the rustic white oak, and the raised elements that are featured in our flags will truly be a conversation piece in your home.

Great Product, Customer Service Lacking

Amazing quality product but the customer service slow to reply and ship a missing item that I ordered. I was told there was employee turnover so giving benefit of the doubt, still an amazing product

I am very pleased with The Lieutenant, they are gifts for family members who has served and who is presently serving in the Navy.

Need Support Response

I sent a support request regarding this order on Saturday Sep 23 at 6:17pm, It said
"I just received my Lt flag (order #11950). It looks great.

However, one of the stars has black overspray/paint on it to the point that it's pretty obvious when you look at the flag. I understand that each flag is handmade and has its own character, but the "character" on that star is somewhat distracting to me.

My question is whether I could just lightly scrape the black from that star, and then re-stain and seal it. If that's the case, is there a specific stain color I should use? And what would I use to re-seal it?

Again...I'm not disappointed with the flag. It's beautiful. I'd just like to do a minor adjustment to this one star.

Thanx much. Jerry Adcock/ LCDR USN (Ret)."
