The Freedom Bourbon Barrel Bottle Opener

I ordered this item in November as a Christmas present and did not receive it in time. When I saw the timeline approaching and there was no shipping updates I reached out the them for an update and received no response. I tried to reach out a second time, still no response. When I finally received the bottle opener the back was pretty rough and had a curve and notch that doesn’t seem intentional. I feel like I’ll get a splinter trying to use this thing. I already had to get the person I bought this for a replacement gift since it didn’t arrive on time, but I’m almost glad since this product was not what I was hoping for anyway.
