Five stars for the Pen, one star for the wait time and customer service. Ordered the pen in early February for my grandfathers birthday in March. Lead time says 2-4weeks on the website, so plenty of time. Pen didn’t arrive until end of May. Phone number doesn’t work and it’s very difficult to reach someone by email. Pen is beautiful, my pop loves it, but the expectation for shipping should be made more clearly on their website. Phone number should work or more communication via email mail would have been appreciated.
