Cruise Custom Flags is a business that resides in Kentucky, not too far from Huntsville Al. I take pride in American Made products. I watched your sales pitch on Fox and Friends , listened how you customize your items, made in the US, and great for Christmas gifts for family and friends. I immediately loved your tribute to our American Flag and what that stands for. Especially in the world we live in today. I placed an order on November 30, 2024 for a bullet and barrel pen ( with poor ink cartridge that does not work) and hat to give to my husband for Christmas. I did not receive these items until February 19, 2025. During this timeframe, I called multiple times, left messages and sent two emails asking why my order was delayed and when I could expect these items. I received no response to my emails nor a response to the many messages left. To advertise your products as “ wonderful Christmas Gifts” is a misrepresentation of your business. You should never advertise something, especially on Fox and Friends, if you can’t deliver in a timely manner. To not respond to customer emails or messages left, about your products is poor communication on your part. Communication is essential in maintaining a relationship with both old and new customers and failure to do so results in “ no business!” Because of your lack of concern for me as a customer, and your unwillingness to communicate regarding your products makes it difficult for me to want to continue doing business with you. I hope in the future, you can address these concerns to better communicate with your customers so we can continue to support American Made Products.
