I’m very disappointed. I hope the flag will be fine, but I haven’t opened it because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it never arrived until Feb 7th. You should have sent an email at least telling me that it wouldn’t arrive for Christmas. I thought the order had been forgotten, or worse yet, that it was a scam and you had just taken my money. Very disappointing because I was trying to support a home- grown American business by making the purchase. I ordered in time for Christmas, according to your website. Now it will have to wait until Fathers Day to be opened. I’d like to think you’ll do something to rectify this situation.
