very disappointed with the customer service, no response to several phone calls and emails
I saw this product on Fox News, liked it and ordered three the same day (11/30/24). After the order was placed, I received an email stating that the order was in process and that they'd let me know when it was shipped. Several weeks later after hearing nothing I sent an email to customer service who never responded. There was a tracking process offered using "Shopify" where you needed to create an account and some other silly requests so I declined.
They finally arrived just before Christmas. The flasks have an American flag etched onto a piece of wood veneer, no sealant and a rather dry surface. I'm sure any spillage will be absorbed into the veneer leaving a stain. Additionally, the seam where the two ends meet leaves a gap where alcohol may enter the exposed adhesive potentially breaking the adhesive bond.
I would have given the product 1 or 2 stars but it is supposedly made in America.
Lastly, the veneer is proudly stamped with "Woodchuck Products USA" which is a company in St Paul MN. So Cruise Customs didn't even make it.
We saw this Cruise Customs featured on Fox & Friends a few weeks before Christmas and we purchased two of these flasks for gifts. One of them we brought to a Christmas swap with good friends, and everyone wanted the flask and asked where we got it! Excellent quality and fine crafted man-gift! We will surely purchase more in the future - and at a very great price. Would make a fine stocking stuffer.
