The easel can be paired with the Lieutenant Flag (but not the Captain or Colonel) and is a great way to display your hand-crafted flag!

The easels themselves were exactly as ordered. Perhaps a directions sheet would be in order for the assembly challenged. The reason for a 1 star isctgatctgwt were ordered in December and I never received them until June. No contact with the company after repeated calls and voice mails. Crickets. Even traced down the owners home number, again, nothing. You need to do better! I’m glad I only had 36$ on the line. Hire someone to answer the darn phone!
I just received the Lieutenant RWB Edition as a thank you gift from a house guest. It is beautiful and I am very pleased and proud to own one of your company's flags. I was even impressed with the packaging of the item. It is one of the nicest I've ever seen. Imagine my surprise when I found the plastic parts included in the box and no instructions as to what they were and how to put them together. After studying them for a while, I figured out they were for an easel. I decided to contact the company and let them know the instructions had been omitted and could I be emailed a copy. When I opened the webpage and read some of the reviews, I realized there were no instructions. I too studied the picture shown on the screen and managed to put it together. I would like to suggest that if you are not going to provide instructions, that you have a diagram, that is easier to follow, on your site. I'm a 81 year old woman who no longer likes to have to figure out such things. Actually, instead of the easel I would have preferred a hole in the back or some other method of hanging the flag and a writeup on the background of the company and idea behind the flag and the use of materials. I give you a 5 star rating based to the quality of the flag and the fact is made by our wonder veterans.
Never received my order still waiting
I love the Lieutenant flag I recently purchased but I don't like the easel design or appearance. After overcoming the frustration of trying to figure out how to assemble it, I found the image on the site that showed the final assembly. It is simply held together by the compression of the screws, which are much too long and look like an afterthought after assembly. The screws have square heads but the screw holes are round so they don't seat flush. Too much hassle to return but I wish I had just purchased an easel at Hobby Lobby (like I did for the first Lieutenant I purchased) for less cost and better design/appearance. Oh well.
It was a little confusing at first but all I had to do was look at a picture of it and I had it together in no time at all.
