Desktop Bourbon Barrel Flag

We cannot review because we still have not received the items we ordered. We can review once we receive them. Also very poor customer service. Wrote 3 times and called, left message. No return call and only responded to one of our emails. We placed two separate orders in November 2024 for Christmas gifts. It is not January 2025 and we still have not received either of our orders. We was this company on FOX News and we are so very disappointed with their lack of service. OH, BUT they took our money very quickly and have not refunded us anything after requesting a refund.

I have not received my order of the desktop flags!!!!

The product is very nice and Im proud to display it in my home. Unfortunately the end to end experience left much to be desired. I sent 3 emails ( total) to 2 email boxes asking about order status none of which were responded to. I think you would agree thats extremely poor service and unacceptable. Its not difficult to provide a response under any circumstance.

Unfortunately I have never received the 2 items I ordered on 11/30/2024. According to the USPS tracking they are still awaiting package to ship, and it’s said that since 12/18/2024. It’s now 1/1/2025 and still no package. :(
