Really Disappointed!

I ordered a State of Kentucky magnetic map back on December 23, 2024. I have my charge receipt that the amount was deducted. However, I have never received my order. I have tried every way possible to reach these people and NOTHING! I am totally disappointed as we have purchased quite a few of these for gifts at St. James Art Show. This was the first one online and all I can say is be careful ordering online.
