Desktop Bourbon Barrel Flag

I called twice and sent an email to ask a question about my order. Never got a return email and phone calls went to voicemail. Loved the concept of what you make, but will not purchase again due to poor customer service.

The desk flags were wonderfully made and creative. The people I gave them to loved them.

I ordered the small barrel flag as a gift for my son-in-law on November 30th. It reached my house on December 24. I was out of town at my children’s homes celebrating Christmas. Fortunately, it was in my secured mailbox instead of my front porch. I messaged this company numerous times asking them to cancel the order when it became obvious it wouldn’t arrive before I left town. They ignored my requests. They finally sent a message AFTER they shipped it. I love the product but will never deal with these people again. Also, I paid almost $10 to mail it to my son-in-law.
