I was fortunate enough to meet Chris at an event unrelated to his company. We got to talking, others joined in, and the inevitable "What do you do for a living" conversations started. When I found out about his company, I was interested enough to take a card. I put it in my wallet, and forgot about it for a couple of days.
When I later saw it, I checked out the website, and was instantly impressed by the quality that I saw. I also appreciate the fact that these flags are MADE IN AMERICA by VETERANS. Having them come from bourbon barrel staves is just a bonus.
At any rate, I ordered the heartbeat as a nod to my wife, who is a nurse. Despite the fact that materials and labor are scarce these days, my order was turned around quickly, and I proudly display my flag in my home bar. It's literally a work of art. So glad I ordered.
Friends have been impressed, and as we're all of the same mindset, I wouldn't be at all surprised if more orders are forthcoming from them. Great craftsmanship, great cause, great company.
