I was very concerned after several weeks of not hearing any updates, calling without any call backs, emails without any response. I thought I had been scammed. Not sure what happened, but the flag was delivered to my friend. A birthday present. The Flag was well received and my friends said it was beautiful. I haven't seen it yet, but her word is golden.
